Team needs more support roles, but that happens in a small business.

The people working in this company, for the most part, are a group of very talented and helpful individuals. Most the employees are easy to work with and all in all, being a small company makes for a good learning experience.

This is a place you don't want to stay for long if you are able to. There is absolutely no job security, and what's worse, upper management has no regard or appreciation for its employees. The salary structure is very dysfunctional. Employees face salary cuts frequently, there are no salary raises outside of upper management, no PTO, no Christmas bonuses and they will make it nearly impossible for you to take time off. On the professional side of things, communication is very poor and the work load is not sorted out fairly.
