The job was great however I had to take an 8,000 pay cut to go from P&I grade 42 to 41.
Cons
The RPO division was almost like it was not part of Kelly. I spent $499 paying for a membership to a womens association because I was tasked to get involved with women diverse organizations, however Kelly RPO would not compensate me. They expected us to go out and build relationships with diverse organizations but we could not spend money. We couldn't even get business cards. It was kind of a joke among the team because I came from P&I and we spent money like it grew on trees! We could not get any tools that we needed to do the basics of our job - we were sharing licenses which was against Kelly policy. We were told to go out to the internet to find sources, however, we were supposed to validate our source.
