Pros
There are some very talented leaders and team members within KellyOCG. I have had a chance to work on many different programs and some great learning opportunities. Overall I have had an overall good experience.
Cons
When you are in a leadership role at KellyOCG work life balance is a hard to achieve- this is an ongoing concern. With recent changes in upper management there was has been a shift in respect for people. More work gets added onto managers and ultimately their team members but nothing comes off and the request for an additional resource to support activities is tough to get approved.
