But in the last year and a half, leadership has shifted toward growth in a way that’s come at the expense of the culture that made this place great. The environment feels less human and more corporate by the day. Goals have become unrealistic, pressure is constant, and the message often feels like results matter more than the people delivering them.
What’s been hardest to watch is long-time employees — people who gave up time with their families and helped build this company — being let go to make room for hires from larger organizations who bring a more rigid, one-size-fits-all approach. We work with major companies across many industries, but instead of focusing on doing right by clients and partners, the emphasis has shifted toward pushing outcomes that don’t always align with what’s best long-term. That’s not who we were, and it’s sad to see.
