      Pros

      What made me excited to come to work in my time at KELLYBRADY were my team members. The immediate group that I worked with was inspiring, hard-working and worth going the extra mile for.

      Cons

      A lot of employees here have so much potential to grow, but the company is tangled in it's own web. This company is extremely top heavy after a lot of drastic changes and they will ask you to put a lot of blind trust in them. However, even in the corporate world trust needs to be earned and acknowledged.

      Great team, nice office, hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Management adverse to growth; when we ended up losing clients - the company had almost a 50% RIF. Very few opportunities for growth within the company.
