      Their app makes it easy to pick up shifts when you want them and there is always work to go around.

      Cons

      Kelly is a very hands off company, which may be a Pro in some people’s case. There is nothing pretty much zero contact with them once you’re hired.

      Very relaxed, easygoing job. Straightforward and easy to learn and get good at- great opportunity to network with engineers. AMAZING part time job

      Absolutely no opportunity for growth. Pay is average. Seems appropriate for the work, considering it's not rocket science but not a living wage for a grown adult.
