      Pros

      I was able to work from home and they provided all the equipment. The interview and onboarding process was very simple.

      Cons

      You have to work at least 1 weekend day every week. You also accrue PTO but whenever you request off it will be denied. If you need time off you will have to cal off which will cause you to get points.

      It’s easy to get ahold of the admisitration if we have a payroll problem or-scheduling problems.

      Flexible, professional, remote environment supporting Professional Education events.

      Cons

      Absolutely no opportunity for growth. Pay is average. Seems appropriate for the work, considering it's not rocket science but not a living wage for a grown adult.
