      - Health insurance was phenomenal - Flex PTO was truly flex, unsure if that’s the case anymore after they laid off a lot of people in 2023 - A lot of great talent

      Cons

      - Burnt myself to the ground working here just to be let go on Zoom - Unrealistic expectations pitched to clients from leadership and lower level employees left to deal with the fallout - Was once remote encouraged and now seems to only favor employees in the Chicago market even if they aren’t top performers

      Pros

      KSM is an amazing place to work where you will be surrounded by incredibly supportive people. They not only want you to succeed in your position, but also to be proud of the work you produce. You will be challenged, but do not be afraid to ask questions! Overall, a great place to grow your hard and soft skills.

      Access issues that weren't resolved until later on.
