This company blatantly bases all decisions on hiring and promoting, as well as maintaining employees, based solely on race, gender, and sexual orientation. If you are not part of the demographic they want, do not expect to be promoted. If you complain, expect them to terminate you by falsifying their documentation to make you look bad. Never work for them.
