Pros
A very cultural organisation where you get rewarded physically and mentally (but not financially). They invest in employees, pushes and trains them to be one of the top player over the market (of course the target is higher but also trains you to be better) A very good sense of company direction, culture, people
Cons
Sadly long hours (weekends too), and most rewards are intrinsic (mentally) rather than extrinsic (physical/ financial) *Those working in the same line for years may reliase performers do work long hours which most of them doesnt mind but this company doesnt seem to reward you enough financially comparing to other firms in the market*
