> Excellent rewards, benefits, Incentives (by the far the best in the industry that I know) > Transparent communication across levels but sometimes complex if it comes from different channels. > Good managers who are client and market oriented thus making me want to run at all times. > Fair in employee practices and HR always thinks for the employees first. They have so many programs, practices all keeping employees in mind. HR is very just, approachable and fair.
Cons
Too many training programs at TL level, please add more at the next level so we can benefit. We need a good intranet please, the generation loves such platforms.
