Pros

Cons
This company does not care about it's employess, they are nothing but seat warmers. advisors are not paid for technical issues that are not their fault, team leads are sent to at least one meeting daily and told how bad they suck (even when you are doing a great job), there is NO encouragement, on person in upper management sends job threatening emails almost daily to all management. upper management does NOT try to know anyone that is employed under them. at least 95% of the staff have no idea what upper managent people look like, one was fired for embezzling. (by not giving raises and bonuses to employees who earned them). one girl reported sexual harrasment by one of her advisors and nothing was done. one supervisor would brag in meeting about being high and/or on street drugs. he still has a job there are multiple "clicks" and if they don't like you they will find a way to get rid of you. there are also some supervisors who just watch the screens of team leads they don't like (which they are not supposed to do). one team lead was fired because he stubbed his toe and almost said a cuss word not knowing the mic was unmuted. (he did not say the whole word) he apologized and explained what happened and was let go anyway. (he had no previous write ups). they will refuse to fire advisors who refuse to show up for work and sit on calls to milk time so they don't have to take more calls, because of the "head count". they get paid for those "head count" for advisors but not for management so they will easily fire management for anything. there is many more things but this is all from the top of my head right now. this place is a trash fire. one more thing i just remembered , they like to give out amazon gift cards for certain things like performance. like $50 gift card or $100 gift card , you can decline these but they force you to take them and then make YOU pay for the gift tax out of your paycheck.
