Low pay Rude unfriendly customers Speed training Kelly does not follow its own attendance policy so you will be fired if you are 1 min late from any break 3 times (attendance policy states 5 min) You will be fired if you get rolled calls even if follow policy of calling their help desk. Ticket numbers do not matter and HELP DESK will tell that 2 per day is normal which equals 60 rolled calls per month! You will be micro managed, constantly. Your calls will be played back in front of your teams and you will be openly scrutinized. Written warnings last months. And a bad call can get you written up or fired by your team lead and upper management. Simply put remember you work for Kelly and you are temporary. You are not a apple employee. And will not be treated as such.!
