I have joined Kelly 9 months ago as a Marketing Intern. I have just graduated from University and it was a great opportunity to gain my first work experience in my industry. I learn everyday from my Manager as well as the whole team. Here are some benefits that I've experienced myself:
- flexible working - I can work from home, or work flexible hours if I need to run some errands
- great team - everyone is very helpful and supportive
- learning/development opportunities - I have attended various workshops related to marketing. I also learn from my senior colleagues who have years of experience
Cons
The workload is quite heavy. On the other hand thanks to that I have learnt a lot.

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
Cons
There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
