I have been working this job for almost a year now. I am a T1 iOS work from home advisor doing apple tech support. During the last 2 months, Apple pushed out an update for Mac called Mojave. Kelly Services did not test this update enough with iLog and the other work related programs they used. It caused issues for many employees and I. I was unable to work for a month and a half. I would try to call help desk, but due to everyone else also calling, we were sent to voice mail. I would never receive a callback from them. They also did not pay us for this time, even though the issue was on their end. We were told we would get paid for time on hold and time spent speaking with help desk. The problem with this is most people weren't spending any time on hold or speaking to help desk as they were so busy. I got paid a total of $20 for a whole month and a half, as well as not receiving my replacement Mac until almost 2 months later. Upon receiving my replacement Mac, which they sent to the incorrect address, I began having issues with it a week later. They also told me I needed to send my old Mac back, yet they never sent me the return label. They then sent the return label to my old address, even though I had verified with them my new address. I am now in the process of having to send my 2nd Mac back. This will be almost 2 whole months that I've had issues that are on Kelly's end, yet they will not pay me for the time.

My rep was a wonderful person. She took excellent care of me!!

Pros

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

Cons

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
