Cons
I spent merely 2 months with this company, I had pointed out to a trainer incorrect information being taught to the new hires and that followed me into my first 2 weeks in production (granted I was still in training technically). I was called out of the blue saying I was under investigation that no proof could be provided, then the next day suspended, then the next day fired. I was never coached on anything, I was never provided proof of what they claim I did which was enter someones either name, email address, or telephone number incorrectly. They skipped to just firing me. This company teaches new hires to pad metrics so they don't get bad surveys, which is probably why they still have certain contracts. I brought all this to everyone I came into contact with and it seems like instead of fixing their bad company culture they would rather just get rid of me instead of fix the broken system. I have never been fired or let go from a company and I have great references from all my previous jobs. I will never recommend this company to anyone because they are shady.
