Everything. I was an at home agent the system always was crashing, the HD wasnt really helpful. They replaced my computer 3 times with old recycled computers that crashed or died after a few months. They are unprofessional with how they terminate your contract. They claim one thing like if its a system issue such as the computer going down which isnt your fault that you will get paid but they will adjust it saying that you shouldnt get paid for that and that it wont count on your record but it does. Management will not be professional and tell you to not follow the contract on safety for the client such as taking your computer to a public place to work. They do not give raises unless you go up in management which is nearly impossible to do. Management doesnt know what you do as a job as they promote from another line of business to lead you in a job they have never done. Oh and they will hassle you for the equipment back even if they havent shipped you a package to send it back in yet or if you have sent it back and they have the tracking number will say they dont and tell you that you could get fined if it not back soon.
