      Pros

      Kelly Services is a firm stepping stone to get your foot in the door to be eventually hired by companies such as DOW Chemical (which pays more and has better benefits).

      Cons

      Kelly Service employees who work as contractors in DOW do not receive the same level of respect from DOW employees they work with. This is not exactly a Kelly issue as it is an attitude of superiority from DOW employees. Another downside would be that sometimes it may take months to years to get in a position at Kelly Services (especially if you are entry level).

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      Cons

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
