Cons
- few opportunities to rise unless you are willing to move to Detroit. - working onsite at a customer does not allow for working remotely. The corporation encourages this practice, but some managers do not feel it is important. - Mandatory 9 hour day according to the handbook (8 hour work day with 1 hour long lunch). - Instead of being clear about how much a position makes, they use "Grades". Salary ranges for grades are not readily available for employees to review. - Working onsite is like working for the customer. While Kelly may be an excellent organization, the customer you work for may not be so excellent.
