Company overall performance, process uncertainty, inconsistent changes (too fast sometimes), weak HR so you cannot expect them to look after you, lots of lousy new consultant (if you are candidate/client always request for senior staff to consult you - those consultants who has won many awards if junior or new consultant don't bother you will be dissapointed), long hours work, low productivity, double standard and slow career advancement (can be racist sometimes)
