      Pros

      Nothing. - nothing is good about Kelly! It’s a paycheck and it’s not a great one at that

      Cons

      No bonuses no raises! We work 12 hour days! Our benefit cost keep increasing but our pay doesn’t! We are making less money than McDonald’s fry cooks! While the CEO still has a 4mm pay- they cut wage increases for all RPO workers- we who actually do the work and are not just a figurehead- we the employees are making less wages than when we started! I am forced off benefits this year as well as others because we have no pay increases! No cost of living adjustments!

      Pros

      Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

      There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
