      I'm a newer employee but I can already tell that Keller, Inc. is a great place to work 100% employee owned- we receive a lot of perks for being an owner of the company Company funded ESOP program Coworkers are very supportive Family oriented Positive Culture Growing Company Personal growth opportunity within the company Supportive Upper Management

      Pros

      Great pay and annual bonus! Team environment, family orientated, minimal travel required, work hard and play hard setting. Exposure to the state of Wisconsin and learn something new every day.

      Cons

      Construction industry is ever changing and can be hard to keep up.
