Pros

It helped me build my skills for selling and psychology on customers when I applied for my next job which I got and paid me like a normal human being

Cons

They make you believe that within a year, you will have an office of your own and make 100k. But after you get hired and start going to the field you realize it was all one big BS. They make you feel bad when you come back the next day with no results so you stay longer and the Home Depot to try and sell something but you are not getting paid for that extra time. Their main excuse for not getting your own office is “consistency” and until you are not consistent with the number of sales you will never get promoted. When I say promoted I mean an office of your own, but to brainwash you until then you get promoted to different stupid names but you really are the same exact thing: classroom leader, account manager etc. Other than that when I started a new campaign in Chicago with Sam’s club I understood how many people are getting brainwashed everyday. If you don’t believe me google “smart circle”. All these little management companies belong to this big one called smart circle, and with every sale you make the top of the pyramid is making money off you. The amount off people who quit in less than a week is outrageous and that’s why they constantly are hiring people. You’ll be working 6 days a week, no benefits, no holidays and no overtime for 10 $. I dont know about you but for 10$ an hour I prefer working at Starbucks and not bug people in department stores with none sense of a product. Luckily after about 4 months I left this company and my life got back to normal.

Pros

After starting with Keleef Managament, I was promoted very quickly. Hard work really does pay off here! I've gained so much experience in marketing and leadership. I am excited to continue my career growth here. I've learned about marketing strategies, how to run a business, and management skills. I think this company is perfect for someone straight out of college looking to gain experience, OR anyone looking to start a career in marketing. A driven/tough mentality takes you far.

Cons

You only go as far as you're willing to work. You've got to have a great work ethic to move up.

Pros

I love everyone that I work with. I have been working at Keleef Management for 3 years now. I started as a entry level Marketing Coordinator and worked my way up to Campaign Manager overseeing our Orange County branch in little over 9 months. The fast growth is incredible. The best part about working here is the the team. Everyone is so goal oriented and positive. I love all the team nights and charity events that we do together. Before working at Keleef, I was in college doing internships and working in fast food. I was excited to find a company that offered a REAL entry level position vs a "entry level" role that requires 3 yrs of experience. The training is incredible and its all hands on. The upper management really cares and makes sure you are reaching your goals and growing.

Cons

It's hard for to think of cons now at my level, I honestly love my career but when I first started I would says cons were working Saturdays. Also the commute. I was driving about 1 hour everyday, so it was a bit of a hassle until I moved closer

Awesome to hear!! Thank you for your review. Just remember entrepreneurs work weekends. Just ask Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Gary V, Warren Buffet, they all worked weekends and look how they turned out ;)
