Retail is dead, the industry just isn't the same.

Okay pay, bonuses some years, nice time off. Really amazing people in the warehouse. Ability to learn most anything under one roof.

Micro managing. New employees are treated better than loyal employees. You're only the favorite until you make a mistake and you're all of a sudden in the hot seat. Enjoy the hot seat until someone else makes a mistake. Very high turnover rate. Steer clear of this company at all costs, any former employee could verify this, search them out. Unorganized. Like the other review noted, plans will change and you may miss the memo and will be blamed for the mistake.
