Pros
Can learn a lot of things (provided if the management don't target you). Everybody will be targeted for sure once. Be good to few people there and you are kept in high positions regardless your work.
Cons
Family drama in management. They will change roles accordingly overnight and become your managers to target you for personal ego satisfactions like preventing you to do WFH, not approving your available leaves and forced to take unpaid leave. People with knowledge and who want to grow did mass resignation and still resigning.
