      Friendly environment, people are calm and welcomes the newcomers. The latest technologies are used by the software development team. Working on the cloud is a plus.

      Cons

      Not enough people to handle the workload. Too many projects to maintain. Switching between the projects is tiring. Transformation for being a tech company still goes on.

      The company has been around for 100+ years and has been an innovator in its field throughout its history. My team (Editorial) is a cohesive, collaborative group. No slackers here!

      Because the company isn't large, there isn't much cross-training in critical job functions.
