      Cons

      They do not obligate employment contracts requirements, They have zero trust and zero respect to employees. they change bonus system periodically to aim ‘do not pay anything’. CEO has absolute abnormal personality, continuosly insult, humiliate, do mobbing, unrealistic demands, disturb 7/24 with impossible and nonsense requests, he does not know anything about business, respect, leadership, basically 0% CEO but 100% disturbing behavioral character, NON basic working conditions are available

      It is an innovative company providing cyber security Saas products. Keepnet is fast paced and it is a good place to work if you want to gain experience in cyber security. There are lots of opportunities to grow and improve your career

      Pros

      Product works well and the organization is growing very rapidly. The team and culture has a focus of onboarding new customers. It's great to see a ton of support from leadership!

      Cons

      Processes are not always defined. But I can see they are working on this frequently. It's also natural for a company at this stage.
