      Pros

      Nice location, good lunch, and good parties. And the product is proprietary but very nice,

      Cons

      A true cowboy company living on funding, The CEO has absolutely no idea om how to run a company, and will follow any whim. A nepotism culture in upper management makes life very difficult for anybody wanting to do a decent job. One wrong word and you are out. No coherent strategy. The company is expanding but this is only because of investors turning the blind eye to lack of direction and product delevlopment.

      Great company culture. Product is best-in-breed and is constantly improving.

      Early growth from the SDR stage can be difficult without relocation or opportune timing.

      Product is easy to sell

      Cons

      US biz ends when Copenhagen goes offline. Senior leadership are experts at gaslighting. Will do what they can to make sure Solution Engineers are paid as little as possible even though they carry the sales process. Lies, Lies, Lies
