Pros

Compensation. There are some excellent employees.

Cons

CEO has no compassion or understanding of how to work with and inspire employees without using veiled or outright threats and results in a constant revolving door of employees who either quit or are terminated with little or no justifiable warning or reason. There is very little focus on employee development or allowing an employee the space to take risk without fear of being terminated.

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
