Pros
I started with Keeper in 2025 and it’s genuinely been one of the most fulfilling roles I’ve had. The level of autonomy is a huge plus, I’m trusted to manage my work independently, but my manager is incredibly supportive whenever I need guidance. It’s a fast-paced environment (in a good way), my days fly by and I feel consistently energized and motivated. One of the things that has stood out most during my time here is the amount of internal growth I’ve seen. Many of my colleagues (company-wide, not just my dept.) have been promoted in a relatively short period of time, which says a lot about the company’s commitment to career development and recognizing strong performance. There are also many people who have grown with Keeper for 10+ years. The culture strikes a great balance in my opinion; Hands-off enough that you feel trusted to own your work, yet supportive enough that you never feel stuck. For anyone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, where you have a genuinely supportive leadership team, Keeper would be a great fit for you!
Cons
No cons. However, I would say, if you are someone who needs a lot of structure and hand-holding or you struggle with operating in the gray at times, this environment may be challenging for you. Because the culture is autonomous and fast moving, you need to be self-driven and comfortable owning your work. It's also important that you're adaptable to change. Priorities can shift quickly as the company grows, which requires adaptability. Keeper truly is a great company!
