Poor leadership. Leaderships like to pick a target to bully on rotation which causes poor team morale. Very reactive decision making, it’s the founder’s way or the highway. No work from home. Set people up to fail. No accountability taken when poor management decisions were made and quick to blame others. Management would hire good people for their expertise but refuse to take their feedback. For a BCORP company, it’s relying too much on AI and treats employees poorly.
