      Pros

      The main thing that keeps an employee "glued" to a company is the atmosphere at work. Anything can be learned, there is no job impossible, but the atmosphere is not something that the employer has a direct hand into creating. There are things that the employer can do (and keepcalling went above and beyond creating comfort for the employees) but that does not matter if you dread getting up in the morning to go to work. What i have found at KeepCalling are not colleagues, but friends, and i wake up every morning excited to be part of such a passionate group. From all my experiences, this is by far the best one i have had that is job related. Also, the coffee here is great.

      Pros

      KeepCalling was a great experience for me and even though I left I still believe it is one of the best companies to work for in Sibiu. The management struggles to offer great working conditions and give back not only to employees but also to the community. It has a strongly defined and healthy company culture, which I appreciated. Lots of events and get-togethers and fun stuff. A lot of young people, friendly and positive, I really felt like part of a community from day one to the day I left, and I made many friends. I feel it was an experience that helped me grow professionally and opened my perspective on what it means to work in an international environment, even from a small town like Sibiu.

      Cons

      Due to it growing in size it started to feel a bit too corporate.
