      Pros

      Managers only give objectives and strategies are made by yourself, so you have the freedom of developing the market according to your understanding of the market.

      Cons

      Contract is signed annually, if you don't perform, company won't renew with you. Objectives/KPIs are set very high which are beyond reality, so whatever results you achieve won't be enough.
