- They hire unloyal junior Indian developers who ruin their projects - They work as a contractor under the Beyond Brand for European clients and still pay 500-700 USD wages - What you negotiate as a salary with them doesn't matter because they will not fulfill it you'll be paid half of that in 2 months, because they have no money to operate - They are so close to bankruptcy, they can't even pay their JIRA and GITLAB monthly subscription bill - They fire engineers that they didn't pay for months and start searching for new ones and make them do free labor for 2 or 3 months and giving them some salary to not let them quit - They will prioritize anything except paying their salary debts with their engineers - Stay away from east Asian software companies, they represent the lowest of the barrel - their CEO should face a class action lawsuit for human rights violations and breaking Sri Lankan labor laws
