I was a winter research for Keel from December 2016-January 2017. I enjoyed the experience because I had always been interested in startups and Keel's own status as a startup fintech firm founded by an MIT Sloan grad provided me a lot of knowledge and insight about how startups run and operate. Employees were very passionate and smart, leading to a productive environment that encouraged you to produce your best work. Investing and portfolio management are two of my interets which coincided well with Keel's mission, and as part of my work I had to interview and speak with portfolio managers and other investment professionals, which was really cool.

I worked remotely in California which produced the occasional scheduling conflict since Keel's office is in Boston, MA.
