      Decent comission a couple of years ago when car sales were good.

      Staff are treated terrible. Also dealing with the public is pretty terrible awful job never again

      Really busy and varied work, always something challenging to get on with, management look after everyone and there's good benefits to working here.

      Competitive Salary. That is about it.

      Cons

      The company only cares about sales, very little to no support from managers. Very odd CEO, Decisions are made from ancient working structures and no progressive stances as a company.
