      Pros

      Management was reasonable and knows how to maintain trust and respect of employees.

      Cons

      Print is a dying media. Ownership has changed numerous times and not all changes have been good. Pay is fine for someone starting out a sales career, couldn't feed a family on it.

      Pros

      As a copy editor taking college classes, the Hub was very flexible with my schedule, allowing me to attend my classes and still get plenty of hours at work.

      Cons

      Because the real management of this company is not on-site, it takes a very long time to get things done through corporate.

      Pros

      Some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to work with over my career. Management style is laid-back and friendly. IT guy keeps everything running smoothly. Paid time off, personal days and sick time are provided with benefits package. Web development have implemented a online-subscription program to replace the loss of traditional subscriptions.

      Cons

      Pay is mediocre because the newspaper industry is shrinking.
