Even though people from the client are amazing to work with, the client people have the idea that since Keane charges a lot , the employees are compensated a lot.
Cons
Company is not serious about finding more business within Canada. Company needs to build the brand awareness in Canada especially in Toronto GTA area. Keane needs to treat employees with more respect by offering more generous salary package and career advancement opportunities.Even though people from the client are amazing to work with, the client people have the idea that since Keane charges a lot , the employees are compensated a lot.
