only if u r newly graduated...u get to have more responsibilities in the beginning...other than tat if u r in a good project u get to travel onsite in one year...other than that there is nothing much tat this place can offer u....waste of time and effort after completing 2 years here....
Cons
Employee satisfaction is given 0 priority Most Managers don even know how to talk to people or how to conduct meetings.... no bonuses / hikes... salary increase only thru promotions. which is also partial No cab..even for ladies who go home in midnight No cafeteria...only one small pantry where u get only coffee.... No care taken to make sure that the employee is happy or satisfied with what he/she has been asked to do
