Pros
Great company with lots of benefits, paid training and potential overtime.
Cons
The work hours are long and the job is hard. You are asked to work late weekday hours up until 1 am sometime. You are required to drive/operate an electric pallet jack, pick orders, lift 30 lbs of juice/water containers all day, stack them, and manually shrink wrap an entire pallet that could be stacked 8 feet high all by yourself. For $16.25/hr the pay is not worth it. At the end of your week, your paycheck will be about $580 with all taxes and the mandatory union fees of $50/month and $20/wk deducted from your pay. After 6 months, the $50 fee drops. With overtime you'll likely make $750-850 but that's only during high season and Covid. If you stay here for 10 years, the union will collect about $10,000 in fees from you. Not worth it.
