Pros
Was an environment where you got paid more when you worked harder and smarter. I enjoyed my job my customers loved my work which made selling much easier.
Cons
I was the top sales performer but still was laid off due to loss of accounts to a competitor and the move by an account to a non service model eliminating the need for sales reps. Kehe is slowly moving their customers to this non service format. They also cut commissions in 2017. Routes were restructured to make $40,000, no more $70,000 routes.
