- stingy, but cell phone allowance - some ability to work independently - ability to enter 401k after 30 days -

- stingy mileage- they give 50% of what the federal govenment allows - demands employees commute considerable distances at their own expense, unpaid - very unprofessional and disorganized - terrible work/life balance- they will swithc your schedule on a dime and not even consider how it affects your family or personal life and plans
