      Pros

      The people here are mostly pretty great, including management. Here is a ton of professional support. Also, the ESOP is pretty great.

      Cons

      Recent restructuring has shaken everybody up. Processes are a insanely slow and inefficient, and are changed before the kinks ever get worked out.
