-The benefits are honestly top tier, but you're gonna need them after they break your back -Employee grocery store hits when you can buy stuff you'd see in Jewel and Meijer for just a $1 -Really good programs for 401k's and profit sharing -Pay incentives and pick rate bonuses and holiday pay

-YOU WILL WORK OVERTIME -If you are someone who wants to work their shift and be done, this is not the place for you -Constant maintenance issues cause production to halt for hours at a time -Management has their heads off their shoulders 80% of the time
