Good work life balances and plenty of interesting and unique problem spaces to manage. Good environment for a self starter.

Could be hard to find your footing if you don't actively apply yourself, not much hand holding, work needs to get done.

Good hours and good pay.

They don't care about their employees at all not matter how good you are. The pay was good but not worth getting treated unfairly for. Don't understand why they have policies when they don't even stick to them.
