Cons
Honestly stay away from this company!!!! It will hurt your morale, mental health and pocket by believing that you’ll make money. *Advertised on Indeed that there was a salary of $40k plus commissions, I was told the same when interview but they never explained the commission structure. When they sent the job letter the information was totally different stating that the pay was hourly, $20 per hr. After I started working I had to ask multiple ppl in different occasions about the commission plan, the first time they showed it was in an office and basically showed it to me in less than 3 mins when I asked for a copy they stated that I couldn’t take it or review, so how was I supposed to know how to make money? After 2 days they agreed on giving me a copy. * Upper management are usually belittling their employees making them feel worthless and no motivation to continue with the job. *As- Is employment which means that they take advantage of new employees willing to succeed in the role but once they start asking for opinions from their peers on how to do the job better they get fire on spot! No time to find another job or legal procedure to give ppl an opportunity and they love to say that they don’t fire people but people fire themselves. *Out of 9 people that I met in the department they fire 6 within 2 months. * It’s more important for upper management to create false rumors between the employees or micromanage them than providing useful training or positive feedback. * Sales dept barely make money to pay bills, and are usually expected and suggested to work on their free time either at home, at the gym, watching tv or spending time with the kids. It’s ALL about their own benefit. *There is absolutely not room to growth unless you please and agree on everything the owners say, if you talk is bad n if u stay quiet is also wrong, definitely no freedom of speech. * The “director” of operations was joining the sales meetings to make people feel miserably, talk about how much money she makes, always talks about her kids, or just be on her phone ignoring her surroundings or other people’s opinion to then mislead the information accusing employees of going against the company and complaining with the owner. Creating unnecessary meetings. * As soon as somebody left, managers were coming telling the group to avoid any type of contact with that person, no calls, messages or interaction at all. Why? Still is a mysterious * This company uses a lot of false advertisement, stating that they are manufacture when in reality they are brokers. * A lot of unethical business practices I wish all the previous employees would have share their experience so I wouldn’t have to deal with this toxic environment and regret about the time and money I wasted here!!!
