The pros are flexible work hours, and laid back atmosphere.

Clicky and unfriendly management and two face staffed. Things are constantly changing for the worse, punitive leadership, no background checks, and lots of insensitive comments flying around. Company is constantly trying to change ways to save money and make it harder for the employee to make money. You start at $13.00 an hour, no health coverage, [ you do have dental and vision]. Lots a blame pushed on others, no accountability, lots of favoritism, unfairness. The company hires for needs based by unique clients, not for constant work to meet commission. Management is selected by bad mouthing other employees. There is not much for being a skilled worker, qualified background, or having proper merit.
