      Great Work Hours which are Monday thru Friday. Front line management is the strength of their leadership.

      Cons

      Marketing does not supply meaningful data for consultants to be successful in there job when attempting to get ahold of prospects. Executive seems disconnected and offers no quality leadership.

      Pros

      Pay was good at first, until CEO changed commission constantly.

      Cons

      They are always micromanaging. Everyone in management thinks they are way smarter than they really are. The CEO constantly moves the goal post in order to pay workers less. No intelligence or leadership AT ALL, and everyone in leadership is a "yes man" to the CEO. This place was an absolute joke.
