The owner of the company has great selling skills. You can learn a great deal how to sell products, your ideas and yourself
Cons
There is no meritocracy at the company. Whether people deliver or do not deliver good performance is not relevant for bonus payments. Management is changing views and opinions constantly and hence there is no progress.
