CEO had massive narcissistic traits. He would manipulate any situation to make himself feel better for his shortcoming. I once witnessed him verbally attack a coworker to tears for using the company card to buy a coffee on a work trip. his reason was "We have free coffee in the office why didn't you just take that". she was fired for grouse misconduct a week later for getting a new job. when i confronted him about it he made it sound like she was the bad guy and betrayed him as narcissists do.

The vibe of the team was great.

Although Max may be a good business man, he fails to separate the realms of personal and professional relationships. This makes for an extremely awkward engagement. These actions are not how a business should be run, and lead to a lot of staff leaving or getting let go with no relation to their actual roles, achievements or passion.
